NECROPOLIS
The Necropolis is located on the edge of a large, ancient terraced area, northeast of Valdieri near Via Guardia della Frontiera. This archaeological site is distinguished by an elongated rectangular structure, of which walls approximately 90 cm thick remain visible. The dry-stone walls, constructed with local materials, testify to the construction techniques of the time and give the site a unique charm, linked to its millennia-old history.
Alongside these important finds, the site hosts a series of faithful historical reconstructions, including a hut and spaces dedicated to specific daily activities of the past.
